Hi,

We at TeamworkIQ have notice some of our users are experiencing their accounts are shown as “Expired” when they exceed the API limit we set. It makes sense to show them that there is an issue with their account when this happens, but is there a way to customize the message that they get when this happens? So that the user knows that the issue is related to this limit and don’t get confused about some expiring time happening.

If you can point us to any documentation related to that will be very helpful. Thank you!

Using ExpiredAuthError to handle this specific error sends a message for the user. But the message returned in that error function is not displayed until they go to “Reconnect Needed” section and click on “Test” or try to reconnect with the same credentials.

Is there a way to include this message as part of the email that is sent?

Hi there @khakman - Would you be so kind as to direct this to our dev support team? http://zpr.io/t4NNK - This seems like it needs more attention than we can give here. Thank you for understanding!
