Is it possible to create new Trello cards from existing card templates?

Hello, as one other user already asked it months ago, i’d like to know if there are development on the matter (see title). The other user’s thread is closed and there are no furhter informations on the subjet.

Hi @Kangi,

Yes its possible. You need to use the Webhook/Code by Zapier to call to Trello API to create a card https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/rest/api-group-cards/. It has the property “keepFromSource” to copy the properties of other card which is the same as create a card from template.

Hi @Do Anh Tran and thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately i have no coding skill so i don’t actually know what to do here. I guess i have to copy and paste the code (cURL, Node.js, Java, Python or PHP?) i found at the end of the Create a new card paragraph at the link you gave me… But i don’t know how to and where to.

Can someone help me accomplish it?
