How to review changes between versions (especially the draft version)?

Is there any way to see the differences between zap versions?I know I can open the different versions from the version tab, but what I’m after is to see what’s changed between versions.Ideal solution would work for the draft version as well - when I go to edit a zap it asks if I’d like to overwrite the draft, but at the moment I don’t know whether the draft actually has any changes compared to the published version...

Google Calendar - Adding Specific Times

Hi, We have a form that tracks requests for time off for our employees. The form works perfectly except for the fact when someone inserts the date they want to take off it automatically puts it at 7AM. We would like to have it so that when our employees fill out the form it inputs the specific times for the start and end dates. For example, we want it such that if you enter 8AM in "first day time" and 9AM in "last day time" the calendar invite will be from 8AM to 9AM and not just 7AM flat. I tried to insert the “first day time” and “last day time” in the action, but I was unsuccessful. This is important for employees taking an hour or two during the day for an appointment. Conversely, if the employee is taking multiple days off we could instruct them to make the start date 8AM and end date 4PM. Any thoughts on how fix this issue?

I’m creating a virtual quoter for freights, I’m using zapier chatbot with GPT3.5, and will input this chatbot into an interface later on.How it works, is that the Chatbot ask a series of questions, like: Origin and destination of the shipment: Where will the shipment be from and to? Type of merchandise: What type of products do you wish to send? Weight and dimensions: How much does it weigh and what are the dimensions of the cargo? Shipping date: When do you plan to send the cargo? Then the user response with:From Shanghái, China to Long Beach, California Full container of copper cables Standard 20 feet container and weight 20 tons 30 of may of 2024I want to then use that fields in a email template, it would look something like this:Hi (Freight Forward Company)!User #1 wants to quote a freight the specifics are as follow:(Response from answer #1) (Response from Answer #2) (Response from Answer #3) (Response from Answer #4)Anyone can help me with this?Thanks a lot!

Pricing for Interfaces, Tables & Chatbots

I am confused by the way the pricing of the Add-ons is presented.  I have asked Live chat support for clarification but they are equally confused.The way the pricing look is the to add-on Interfaces cost $20 /month + Tables  cost $20 /month + Chatbot cost $20/month.That is just not competitive in the AI workflow builder landscape!Am I misunderstanding this?

Solution to do partial matches with the Find Record by Query in Salesforce

I couldn’t find a solution for this, and the only article that referenced this was from 2 years ago and said it’s not possible.  After messing around with this, I figured out a solution.  I was searching for an Account by the (partial) name.  In the WHERE field, put: Name LIKE '%yoursearchstring%'“yoursearchstring” can be a field pulled from another action.  Note that the single quotes and the percent signs are required for this to work.

How to know if a task is not being used within a Zap and is redundant

I have a large Zap within many tasks contained within.  I believe there are a lot of redundant tasks contained within the Zap but unsure which tasks are in fact redundant. Is there a way to map or find out if a task is being referenced or used later within the Zap other than having to manually check each and every subsequent task? For example, I have several “Formatter by Zapier” tasks high up in the process of my Zap but don’t believe that all of these tasks are later needed within my Zap and therefore, can be removed.

Zenoti and Shopify Order Creation

Hey Zapier Community, I have a zap setup which feeds orders from our clinic / bricks and mortar retail through to Shopify using the ‘Create Order’ action. All works well however there are some minor quirks I’d like to address and wanted to see if anyone else has seen these issues before. Sales Channel - Currently the orders have blank sales channels in Shopify, is there a way to create a Sales Channel to attribute these orders to? There is no function to edit an order in the event of a refund - is there a workaround to lookup an order and amend the order if our clinician software sends through a refund?Clinic software is ZenotiEcomm platform is Shopify

Hello,On one of my Zap I’m using a look up table.Based on the total number of orders made by a client, the person is sent in a specific list in my autoresponder system.I’ve currently created 40 entries but I was wondering how I could make greater than 40 without manually continue creating a longer list.I saw some people refering to code but I’m not sure how to do that, could someone give me a hand?The list is different up to the number 11 and then greater than 11, the person is sent to the same list. Many thanks and kind regards,Géraldine

Hello everyone,I would like to set up a scenario during which any new person entering a Notion database will receive : The next day: 1 email + 1 SMS The day after, only if their status in my Notion database hasn't changed in the meantime: 1 email reminder + 1 SMS reminderHowever, I'm encountering 2 problems that seem to me to be linked to the temporality of events:Issue 1: sometimes, a person's phone number is entered manually in Notion a few hours after the creation of their file. In this case, he never receives the SMS, as if Zapier didn't take into account the information entered after the file was created in Notion. However, I set up step 3, "Find database item in Notion", so that Zapier could fetch the phone number information. Issue 2: when I change a person's status in Notion to exclude them from the scenario, Zapier automation continues to work. How do I correctly set a Zap to schedule meetings on the first Monday of the month using Zapier?

So I am creating a zap where if the meeting is scheduled on the “First Monday Of The Month “, it should convert it into the date of that month . For example the next first monday of the month would be  6th May 2024 ,however for some reason for me the call gets scheduled on  22nd April 2024.  Can anyone guide me?

Create a new Google Doc and embed a photo from various photo sources (Google photos, screenshots, etc.)

Hi, Just like the subject line reads, I’m trying to save “saved” photos (Google photos, screenshots, etc.) to a Google Doc such that I can then comment on it, take notes, etc. That is, I’m not trying to merely upload the photo to Google Drive, I’m trying to use the photo as a trigger to first create the Google Doc, then embed itself within the Google Doc. Too easy, right?  :) An example might be taking a photo of my journal. Zapier would shoot that photo to a Google Doc where I could then voice type some additional notes/thoughts, etc. I realize Evernote probably does this in super easy fashion, but I’m trying to keep everything in G Suite so I’m not searching across multiple platforms.  Anyhow, more why than you probably needed, but that’s what I’m trying to do. How to append a new Dropbox link to existing text in WordPress using Zapier?

So far, my Zap is the following:New File in Folder in Dropbox (done, works fine) Substitute 3 last characters of the public link so the image shows on a WordPress page (done, works fine) ----- now comes the mess.. what am I supposed to do to append this new link to an existing text?I don’t want all my page to be “updated” (which means that everything will be erased and replaced by a new text), I want it to be appended.Anyway, this feature is what will make me keep my account in Zapier or not, and get my refund.

Hey, everybody. In our team we use Asana as a task manager and Clockify as a tracker. The task is to synchronize the time every time a team member stops the time in Clockify and update the time in the task in the "Actual time" field. The challenge is to make a dynamic Zap that will automatically look for a task and update the "Actual time" depending on the user, project and task. Zap to Add Row in Excel Spreadsheet located on Group OneDrive or Sharepoint online

I am trying to set up a Zap which pulls data from Clio into an Excel Spreadsheet which is located in a Business Group OneDrive or Sharepoint online.   I have no issue pulling the data from Clio and can push it into a Google Sheet or an Excel spreadsheet on a personal (not shared) onedrive.  But I don’t seem to find the way to access the group onedrive folders to be able to push there.  Any help appreciated.
