Zap for Podio and Mailchimp not working

Hello,

My zap between Podio and Mailchimp is no longer working. How can I reset please? So that new podio contacts automatically become placed in Mailchimp? Thank you.

Hi @Isabella - checking in as I see you were working with Christian in Support on this!

As it’s been awhile since we’ve heard back, I’m hoping that by turning your Zap back on you were able to create a new item in Podio which was successfully detected and processed by the Zap!
