typeform response creates a ticket in zendesk, all is working fine except for the assigned group.

as you can see in the screenshot, I have selected a certain group. However, when doing test, the ticket group is assigned to a different group, and this is also reflected on the zendesk ticket created.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @jay9044

That's an odd one!

Have you potentially got any rules setup in Zendesk that might be overriding/reassigning the card as soon as it's created?

If not, you'll probably want to take this one to Zapier support - contact@zapier.com - as you appear to have everything setup correctly.

@jay9044 How strange! Have you tried reconnecting your Zendesk account and starting a new Zap from scratch? If that doesn't help, you might want to write into our support team like Andrew mentioned, as this very well may be a bug.

It was actually a old rule on our zendesk, thank you for the replies
