JIRA - Updates when status has changed

Thank you for you answer.
I’m using Jira software cloud for this.

I might didn’t understand what you propose :/ 
I allready use “Updated issue” for “Trigger event”

You propose then to use a Filter ? Okay but i don’t see any filter setup that matches what i want
