I badly need help to integrate Apollo with Pipedrive. 

Please help. I badly need help to integrate Apollo with Pipedrive.  Can anybody here help me with the step by step process on how to do it? I tried asking the AI but it’s no help at all. Support is impossible to reach too. Here’s what we need exactly: When an email has been sent to a contact in a sequence in Apollo, reflect the content of the email to PipeDrive under History in the email section For context: Contacts that we reach out to on Apollo are already existing on pipedrive. Therefore, there is no need for us to create a zap for creating a lead on Pipedrive from Apollo.  Is this possible? I hope someone can help me. Thank you.

Convert bump sale in thrivecart to a purchase and notification in acuity

I want to use a bump option in thrivecart for a package that I offer in acuity. The idea is they purchase an online course through thrivecart with a bump for a discounted 3-pack of private coaching with me. They purchase the 3-pack through acuity and then can schedule their 3 sessions on my calendar.  When they purchase the 3-pack, it’ll generate a code for them to use when scheduling so they aren’t charged.  I don’t want my client to have to make two separate purchases.  I want it to be one seamless transaction where they pay for their course on thrivecart and their coaching package on acuity all at once.  This means they need to get the coupon code generated in acuity and then sent to their email so they can schedule sessions with me. Is there a way to set this up?  Thanks!

Assign Account Owner in Dynamics

I am creating a Zap with the Trigger being a form submission from an Unbounce landing page and the Action being to create a new Account in Microsoft Dynamics 365. I am able to pull in all the necessary information except for the Account Owner. I am not seeing this field as an option in the Zap setup. When viewing my test lead submission in Dynamics, the Owner is listed as me. Has anyone found a workaround to set the Account Owner upon transfer of the lead information?

Connecting Regiondo & Mailchimp

Hello Everyone, unfortunately I couldn’t find any relating article to this. I have set up Regiondo (booking platform) with Mailchimp. The goal is: When someone books a Retreat over Regiondo we want to send the customer an automated series of mails until the Event starts. First question: I can only select a specific already existing customer booking and not a general “tag” like “Apnoe & Yoga Retreat” as a trigger. How do I know know that Zapier uses the correct product for the following mails?Second question adding up: We have one Retreat starting in July and one in September.  You can choose this in a drop down field on Regiondo. We would like to welcome the customers with “Welcome in July” and “Welcome in September” … How does that work if the Zap starts from the same booking page?I created the following journey in Zapier: I choose everything correctly, yet I keep getting those Pop-ups when I try to test: What did I do wrongly here?  Thank YOU so so much for your help! Kind regard

How do I check a Stripe payment link to see if a client has paid or not?

Hi, I’m creating a system that sends Stripe payment links to customers and then also checks if the customer has paid or not when asked. But I’m having a trouble here because I’m just testing out with a test Stripe account and because of that I don’t know will it work with a real Stripe account. I’m adding my workflow down here, The last one “Find Payment in Stripe” will not be on the same Zap with others but I included it here to show them all in one screenshot, the Zap with the “Find Payment in Stripe” action only get called when the customer says that he/she paid to the chatbot. The reason why I’m asking is this: In the action “Find Payment in Stripe”, there is a description on an input like this “Enter the Stripe ID of the payment intent to find. (e.g. pi_51kxCxb1NFWajM)” but I need to insert the ID that the “Create Payment Link” action gave me as a response which is something like “plink_1234” on the Zapier example description for it. So one starts as “pi” and the other starts as “

Correcting / Cleaning Mis-spelt Email IDs using the Formatter Step

I have a Zap that pulls leads from Facebook Instant Forms (Lead ADs) and adds them to a MailChimp Audience List (which then fires off a drip sequence / mail automation to nurture those leads) and also adds them to a LinkedIn Custom Audience List (for us to use this to re-market to those folks on LinkedIn).The issue here is when someone enters / mis-spells their email ID i.e. :1) gmai.com (missing the L before the .com)2) gaml.com (missing the I after g)3) gmal.com (missing the I before l)4) gmail.co (missing the M at the end)5) And so on and so forth...When this happens, the contact does not get added to MailChimp as it throws an error assuming this to be a fake email ID (obviously because of the typo) and we end up having to manually go into MailChimp and renter the details manually.Naturally all further steps that depend on email ID (adding them to remarketing list on LinkedIn etc) also fail because of this.I was able to figure out that using the Formatter Step > Text > Replace

Hello, can I use Zapier to automatically send FB leads (lead contains only phone number) to multiple email adresses, or can i send set up zapier to send a notifications to multiple email adresses about the content of the lead (concrete phone number) ? Or does zapier only tell me that a new lead is available? Can you replace the e-mail adresses with google sheets? Thank you

Different Calendly zaps creating duplicates in Wealthbox

Hi all! I am new to zapier and have been having an issue with using 2 different calendly links and its creating duplicates in Wealthbox. Right now I am running 2 different zaps, one for hour long in person meetings, and another for 30 minute phone calls. Also in my wealthbox, I have it set up to color code if the meeting is in-person (blue) or if it is a phone call (Gray). When someone schedules a phone call it will say “*Name* - Phone Call” which is exactly how I have it set up. However, then it will duplicate that event create another event at the same time, one showing up as a phone call (Gray) and another showing up as a meeting (blue). This is also happening the other way. If someone schedules an in-person meeting it will create a meeting event (blue) in wealthbox saying “Name - In person meeting” but it will also create another event at the same time showing up as a phone call (gray). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this the correct way:{\"last_name": "xyz"\}I can’t really tell from https://developers.convertkit.com/#update-subscriberI’ve tested the rest of the setting on this webhook with a first_name field, and that works. So I know for sure it’s how I’m writing this custom field that’s causing the error.

How to automate a follow-up list

Hi, I send highly personalized emails to cold prospects. It’s hard for me to capture all the emails, as the personalization already takes a long time. I wanted to know if I could use Zapier to add every new email address I reach out to into a spreadsheet. This would save me a lot of work and time. Thanks all!P.S. If it’s possible to also add the first name and Google doc URL (in the personalized outreach strategy we use, we send a personalized GDoc tp each prospect), that’d be awesome too. But no worries if not; that’s just extra.

Our Zapier set up looks like this:Step 1: Recurring Payments Cancelled in Thrivecart → (This has a green check)Step 2: Find User in Discord→ based on Thrivecat email address (we think this is the only common thread between the two) (This has a green Check)Step 3: Remove User Role in Discord (this step we can not get to work)Step 4: Assign User Role in DiscordEssentially what we are trying to do is when someone cancels their payments we want them to have their role as an “all access” to a lower role within Discord.I have searched high and low for a tutorial on this and can’t find one anywhere.Any help would be greatly appreciated! WordPress - missing fields for custom post type

I’ve got a custom post type in WordPress called Coupons. I’m using a “New Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” > “Create Post in WordPress” zap to populate new coupons from a spreadsheet onto my site.  I'm trying to populate the title of new coupons from under the “Set up action” portion of the zap, but I don’t see any additional fields that I can populate with data from the spreadsheet:When I switch from my custom post type to a generic post, I see all of these fields:My coupon custom post types all have a title field. Is there anyway to populate the title field of a custom post type here, or do I need to include additional actions in my zap? Thanks!

I’ve wanted to post VIDEOS to an Instagram for Business account for some time now. I check back periodically, but it looks like Zapier is still limited to Photos.I was reminded of this when I was getting help at Creatomate, because of the well-explained “How to Automatically Create and Post Social Media Videos with Zapier” article.However, if you want your videos to go to Instagram and LinkedIn, use Make (Integromat), as Zapier doesn't support those platforms yet. Check out this tutorial to find out how. Agh! Well of course I’d prefer to use Zapier, and wonder if any timeline can be shared on progress towards this?My use case includes: use Zapier to automate video posting to an Instagram feed, then embed that feed in another website and show them updated in realtime. 😄I wanted to post this here, in case anyone else is interested and wanted to chime in… the more the merrier!
