Can I use Zapier Paths to direct answers from Google Forms to send an email?

Is there a way to create a zap that initiates a different action based upon specific answers to a Google Form? For instance, if they answer yes--they are directed into another app. If they say no, they receive an email.

Hello! Paths is an advanced feature and is definitely a valid option, but just in case you don’t have access to this, I wanted to also show you a really cool Utility as part of the Formatter step called Lookup tables

https://zapier.com/help/create/format/create-lookup-tables-in-zaps

With a lookup table, you can automatically translate information from one app into a format that another app will understand. This is useful if two apps that you are working with have different terminology when referring to the same thing.

I hope that solves your issue, but please let us know how you get on with either solution.

@@HFTJ ,

You should investigate Zapier Path https://zapier.com/paths.  They allow you to test conditions from a previous step and then run a different workflow path based on the result.  Note the number of paths is currently limited to 3.
