How do I integrate my Shopify store with my Square processor?

Our new payment processor is taking time to get approved so unitl then we would like to integrate our Shopify store with our Square processor. Can someone give me some tips on how to do this?

Hi @charis ,

It all depends on what you are looking for. Coul you give some more details?

  • What is your final goal?
  • How would the workflow look? From trigger to action

If you mean to have Square take care of invoices etc. whenever a product is bought, I don’t think this is possible with the default Zapier app. You would most likely need to do this manually, use another App or maybe create your own App with their API. 
I haven’t used Square so I have no clue what their features are, and the documentation isn’t that useful...but what you could do to simplify: 

  • On a sale, retrieve the customer data and all other
  • Create a table / CSV with all data
  • At some point of the day import this into square
