Hello,

I want to use the NLA API. I am testing them, so I know how reliable they are. However, after about 10 or so queries, I am inevitably met with {error: rate limit exceeded...}.

  1. Is this rate limit per action or for the whole of the NLA API?
  2. Where is that rate limit described? I couldn’t find it anywhere in the docs.
  3. Is there a way to increase this rate limit?
  4. Do unsuccessful queries count toward the rate limit? I’m asking because I currently, if I hit the rate limit, I try a few more times. If this counts toward the rate limit, it’s a bit counterproductive to do this.

Any update on this? Rate limiting is kinda important to know...

Hey Hristo! Hope you’re doing well. There is a rate limit in place on the user level. We currently don’t have documentation on this as we’re keeping an eye on this and haven’t seen it been an issue yet for developers. If you do run into an issue with your rate limits for the NLA API please reach back out to via the NLA Developer Support Form and we’ll help you out.
