My name is Jaime Nacach, pronounced "Hi Meh" (I'm from Mexico City, living in San Diego, CA)
I use Zapier everyday for managing our companies' and clients' automations. I've been using Zapier a long time ago, when they integrated with about 250 apps, so much has changed since!
I run a digital marketing agency called Bloominari (www.bloominari.com), which focuses on helping small/medium businesses to work faster, more efficiently and run as agile companies. I combine my passion for automation, marketing knowledge, and business experience to help our clients thrive online.

Hello everybody
Im a David and I LOVE building Zaps. I love it so much that i am considering quitting my job and going all-in on zapping full-time. I am currently working at a tiny NPO (6 FTEs) where my main responsibility is organizing business events focusing on sustainability and nature conservation, but in my second role as responsible for all things digital, I am disrupting the use of old software at my organisation, trainsition step-by-step to Zapier-compatible SaaS tools, and interconnecting it all with Zapier.
I am particularly intererested in your experiences in building a business based on Zapier. I am no programmer, but I love structured and analytical thinking and love optimizing workflows. So if you'd be willing to have a chat about your Zapier-business (business process optimization and automation based on Zapier), what worked and what didn't and what was key in building your business, I'd love to hear your experiences.

I went all in full-time zapping in early 2018 and haven't looked back.
I've built a modest and growing agency out of helping people with the Zapier needs and I'm now tinkering with various side projects powered by Zapier in the hope of adding some passive income to my life.

Definitely! It's on the to-do list for launching the bizniz. I didn't really see info about some "course" which Zapier customer service mentioned to me but i'm aware of the other conditions for Certified
status. Looking forward to "entering a world of zaps".

My name is Chelsey! I just realized I've been reading everyone's introductions and not introducing myself! I work in Customer Success as a technical point of contact for our clients.
I first discovered Zapier as a super easy way to help our smaller clients scale! From there I realized how much mindless work I could relieve myself of just by using Zapier. My favorite Zap is a meeting reminder with my zoom link/agenda/ client name, that I get sent to slack ten minutes before my meeting, because let's get realistic, I can get distracted quite easily and having a quick reminder helps me stay on track!
I've also set up a ton of work arounds for clients, but mostly enjoy just helping the little guys get ahead!
Looking forward to seeing more creative ways to zap your way through life and business!

I noticed that you mentioned the meeting reminder in Slack prior to the calendar event. Curious if you use Google Calendar? And if so, have you used the new native Slack <> Google Calendar integration? Pretty sure they just overhauled it recently and it has been pretty nifty.
It's not perfect, but it does a good job at reminding me of upcoming meetings for the day
